RETURNS

LoadUp.Co does not accept returns for refunds or credits. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 
Please make sure to double check your address before finalizing an order.

REFUNDS

Any shipping refunds due to combining orders will be refunded as store credit.

EXCHANGES

We will replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. You must be the ORIGINAL PURCHASER to request an exchange. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@loadupco.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item.
Due to the limited edition nature of most of our products, we will offer a refund as an exception to a replacement if we are sold out of the item and the item has arrived damaged or defective. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore you will receive a full refund minus shipping cost.
