Shipping policy

It looks like my order was returned to sender/is lost/never showed. Now what?

If your order is stuck in transit or was falsely marked delivered, please file a case with USPS. Usually this will get the package moving; if there is no movement for a couple of weeks, send us an email at info@loadupco.com. 

We will ONLY REPLACE an item IF you have a closed case with USPS (an email or letter stating they cannot find your package or it was misdelivered). Please do not email us for a replacement if your case is open.


Do you ship to Europe?

We are shipping to Europe as of August 12th, 2024. LOADUPco does not claim any responsibilities for added VAT and other taxes for deliveries.
